  •   What is the tour price?
    Adult Price: 
    • $2,695 Per Person (based on double /twin occupancy: $5,390 per room for two adults)
    • $3,610 Per Person (based on single occupancy)

    Children Prices (sharing existing bed with parents - No Extra Bed provided)
    • Free of charge for infant under 2 years old (shares all services with parents)
    • $1,120 per kid between 2 & under 5 years old (shares all services with parents, seats on transportation provided, without Extra Bed).

  •   What services are NOT included in the WSB 2025 Korea Super Trip tour package?

    • Personal expenses and charge for overweight luggage.
    • Early check-in or late check-out at hotel.

  •   Is there a discount or an affordable option for this trip?
    If you paid by bank transfer, you will enjoy a discount:
    • $70 per room [based on Double/Twin Occupancy]
    • $40 per room [based on Single Occupancy]
  •   What are the children prices and included services in the children’s land cost?

  •   How is a child's age calculated?
    Child pricing is based on the child's age at the time of travel: 
    • Infant: 0 - 1.99 yrs by departure date
    • Kid: 2 - 4.99 yrs by departure date
    • Child: 5 - 11.99 yrs by departure date

  •   Are international flights inclusive in land cost?
    International flights to and from South Korea are NOT included in the land cost.
  •   Can we book a Triple Room for our family?
    Triple rooms are not available. Each room might accommodate of three guests; however, the third occupant must be a child under 12 years old.

  •   Can 2 adults and 2 children share one room?
    We are sorry, but a maximum of 3 passengers are allowed to stay in one room (the third occupant must be under 12 years old and share bed with adults).

    For a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children), we recommend booking two rooms for your comfort and convenience.
  •   Do I need to buy any travel insurance(s) before coming to South Korea?
    The land cost does NOT include Travel Insurance or Medical Insurance.

    You are highly recommended to purchase Travel Insurance before your departure in case of force majeure. Travel Insurance covers such costs as an emergency and medical evacuation, hospital fees, property loss, etc. which could possibly happen during the trip.

REGISTRATION / MODIFICATION

  •   How can I register for WSB South Korea Super Trip 2025?
    Registration Site for WSB South Korea Super Trip 2025 opens on Feb 25, 2025 at 12:00PM PT/3:00PM ET.

    The tutorial video and registration link will be published before the launch of the registration site. 

  •   When does registration close?
    Registration Closing Date: Registration will be closed on March 14, 2025 at 11:59PM PT, or earlier once the maximum capacity is reached.
  •   When is the payment deadline?
    Full payment is required at the time of registration (February 25 – March 14, 2025).
  •   Which payment methods are accepted?
    You can settle the payment using the following methods: 

    Option 1: Online payment by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB)​

    Option 2: Bank Transfer /Wire transfer: please make payment in USD to our company account as following:​

  •   Is it possible to pay in installments, or does it require full payment upfront?
    One time full payment is required for land tour and no installments are applied. If you would like to pay by different credit cards, please contact our JBA team via email at [email protected] for further assistance
  •   Will I be able to modify my hotel assignments?
    Sorry, the answer is NO unless you change your CEO team.

    Please note that hotel assignments are fixed, no changes or modifications will be allowed.
  •   When is the deadline to transfer my group (Group A to Group B or vice versa)?
    You may switch between Group A and Group B until July 01, 2025. 
     
    Please note that this transfer right can only be used once, and the person receiving the booking must be under the same CEO as you.
     
    Remark: Group change is subject to hotel room availability. Please contact JBA team via [email protected] for further support.
  •   When is the deadline to transfer my room to another WSB member?
    The deadline to transfer your room to another WSB member is July 01, 2025.

  •   When is the deadline to submit my children's passport information?
    Children's passport information is required so that we can determine whether your children are eligible for children pricing.
     
    The deadline to provide or upload your passport information is July 15, 2025.

  •   When is the deadline for me to modify my profile information?
    The deadline to modify your profile information is July 01, 2025.

PROGRAM / TRANSPORTATION

  •   How to know whether I am assigned to Group A or Group B?
    Your travel group will be assigned by your upline CEO or the WSB Administration: 
    • Group A: September 13 –18, 2025 (6 days, 5 nights)
    • Group B: September 18 – 23, 2025 (6 days, 5 nights)

  •   How can I change my travel group?
    The deadline to change your travel group is July 1, 2025. Please follow these steps:
    • Log in to your account by going to www.wsbsupertrip.com 
    • Confirm your changes by selecting the upline CEO’s preferred travel dates.
    • Review your updated travel group details and save the changes.

    If you need further assistance, please contact the WSB Administration or your upline CEO.
  •   How do I know which hotels my team and I will be assigned to?
    The hotel assignment will be solely arranged by WSB and supposed to be updated after July 15, 2025.
  •   What are the arrival and departure airports to and from Korea?
    Arrival & Departure in Seoul:
    • Incheon International Airport (ICN)
    • Gimpo International Airport (GMP)
  •   Will I get airport transfer when I arrive in Seoul?
    Firstly, you must submit JBA your international flight to and from South Korea before July 15, 2025. 
    • We will arrange the airport transfer from Incheon International Airport (ICN) & Gimpo International Airport (GMP) to hotel as below:
      • Group A: Sep 13, 2025 (within 24 hours, Seoul South Korea local time, GMT: +9)
      • Group B: Sep 18, 2022 (within 24 hours, Seoul South Korea local time, GMT: +9)

    Please note the following important information:
    • The airport pick-up will be arranged on a group transfer basis, NOT INDIVIDUAL transfers. Transfers will be grouped according to flight arrival times. The grouping time for transfers is approximately one hour.
    • If your name is not on the transfer list due to late flight submission, we will be unable to provide airport transfer services. You will need to arrange your own transfer (e.g., by taxi, limousine bus ) to your assigned hotel.
    • Any late or early arrival after or prior to the official dates, transfer will also be your responsibility.
  •   When is the deadline to submit my flight information?
    You must submit JBA your international flight to and from South Korea before July 15, 2025. Transportation will not be provided for late submissions.
    • We will arrange the airport transfer from Incheon International Airport (ICN) & Gimpo International Airport (GMP) to hotel as below:
      • Group A: Sep 13, 2025 (within 24 hours, Seoul South Korea local time, GMT: +9)
      • Group B: Sep 18, 2022 (within 24 hours, Seoul South Korea local time, GMT: +9)
  •   What happens if I miss the deadline to submit my flight details?
    If your flight information is submitted after the deadline, we won’t be able to include you in the group airport transfer. You’ll need to arrange your own transportation to the hotel, such as taking a taxi.
  •   Will transfers to the hotel be scheduled based on individual flight times?
    Transfers to the hotel will be scheduled based on group transfer arrangements, according to flight arrival times. The grouping time for transfers is approximately one hour. Individual transfers will not be provided.
     
    If your flight information is not submitted on time, you will need to arrange your own transfer to the hotel.
  •   What time does the greeting service start and end at the airport?
    We will arrange the airport transfer from Incheon International Airport (ICN) and Gimpo International Airport (GMP) to hotel for Group A & Group B as below:
    • Group A: Sep 13, 2025 (within 24 hours, Seoul South Korea local time, GMT: +9)
    • Group B: Sep 18, 2022 (within 24 hours, Seoul South Korea local time, GMT: +9)

    We can only provide group transfers on the official arrival dates for each group. If you arrived after or prior to these times, please help arrange your own transportation to the hotel.
  •   How long is the transfer from the airport to the hotel?
    It will take approximately 1.5 hours to 2 hours from the airport to your hotel and vice versa, but it might take a bit longer during the rush hour or traffic congestion.
  •   If my flight is early or late, will I still get picked up?
    We can only provide group transfers on the official arrival date for each group. If you’re arriving earlier or later than the official date, please plan to arrange your own transport to the hotel.
  •   Will water or refreshments be provided throughout the day, especially during outdoor activities?
    Yes, drinking water is provided on airport transfers and tours.
  •   Is the itinerary flexible, or do we have to follow the schedule strictly?
    All guests have to follow the planned itinerary unless you want to skip it as your wish.
  •   Can I bring a guest or family member who is not part of the tour to the gala dinner?
    Unregistered guests will not be allowed to join the gala dinner and other activities in the tours.
  •   How can I get my departure airport transfer from the hotel?
    Firstly, please submit your international flight to and from South Korea to JBA before July 15, 2025. ​

    We will arrange the departure transfer from hotel to the airport, including Incheon International Airport (ICN) & Gimpo International Airport (GMP), will be arranged on the official program date as below:​
    ​
    Group A: Sep 18, 2025 (within 24 hours, South Korea local time, GMT: +9)​
    Group B: Sep 23, 2022 (within 24 hours, South Korea local time, GMT: +9)​

    Please note the following important information:​
    ​
    Transfers will be arranged on a group basis, not for individual requests. Grouping will depend on flight departure times.​
    ​
    The group departure transfer schedule will be sent via email in your "Travel Itinerary" and posted on the notice board at the JBA Hospitality Desk one day before the official departure date.​
    ​
    The pick-up service will be available from the following five hotels: Lotte Seoul Hotel, The Plaza Seoul, Autograph Collection, JW Marriott Seoul, Fairmont Ambassador Seoul, Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas. ​
    ​
    If your name is not on the transfer list due to late flight submission, JBA will not be able to provide airport transfer services. You will need to arrange your own transfer (e.g., by taxi, limousine bus ) to the airport.​
    ​
    Transfers for departures outside the official dates will also be the responsibility of the guest.​

CANCELLATION / REFUND

  •   What are the cancellation and no-show policies?
    A requirement of cancellation after setting the payment: ​

    Once paid, and before March 31, 2025:
    $1,000 per room cancellation fees will be charged.

    Between April 01 and May 31, 2025:
    $2,000 per room cancellation fees will be charged.
     
    Between June 01 and June 30, 2025:
    50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

    Between July 01 and July 31, 2025:
    75% of the total booking amount will be charged.

    From August 01, 2025 to the travel date or No-Show:
    100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
     
    • Optional Tours and Pre/Post Packages are completely non-refundable.​
    • No refunds will be issued for any unused portions or services of a tour package. ​
    • Transfer: You may transfer your optional tour booking to another participant by submitting a written notification or an email to us no later than July 01, 2025.
